She uploaded episodes featuring characters like herself as the doctor, encountering various health issues and providing solutions. The channel's first episode titled 'Doctor Piggy Saves the Day' became a hit among children across the village.

In her quest to be prepared for any situation on the farm, Piggy studies extensively about animal diseases common in her surroundings.
