The first day dawned with a sense of anticipation and trepidation as I arrived at the sprawling pig farm in Dadiowanzi Village, located in the countryside of Baozh Valley. My heart raced not just for excitement, but also for concern about stepping into an unfamiliar territory – one that is known more for its challenges than its allure.

I was greeted by a bustling scene; each structure held within it a world unto itself - of life and death, survival strategies, and the intricate ecosystem that sustns them. The pigs were not just animals here but living beings with their own personalities and quirks that could only be observed from close quarters.

The first few days involved trning sessions where I learned about everything from feeding schedules to health checks. Our instructors shared knowledge that had been passed down through generations, a testament to the importance of experience in this line of work.

As an intern at this pig farm, it was my responsibility to bl into their routine as seamlessly as possible. This meant rising before dawn for dly rounds, monitoring animal welfare and feeding schedules meticulously.
